How to change the account holder information? (adding, amending, etc.)

To change your account holder information, call your adviser on 09 69 324 324 (standard rate) or to send an email

How can I change the bank details for my energy contract to the bank details of an account held in a name other than mine?

Go to your Your account to change your bank details.

When will I receive the contract bill?

You will receive your first bill (contract bill) a few days after your service begins.

You can view your contract information on the Your Account page. If you haven't already set up Your Account you can do that by clicking here

Where can I find my contract number?

Your contract number is on the left-hand side of the front of your bill above your customer reference number. You can also find this number on the Your Account page
